Bassai Dai
This is the kata I’m currently working on. It’s rather long and has some complex movements for me. It’s a very advanced kata for an orange belt. I just need to known til Heian Godan for the next “upgrade” 
to green belt.

I just stumbled upon yur site. Yes karate is a way to develop yourself. I have just been graded 2nd dan by Kancho Kanazawa on the video. He still travels the world at the age of nearly 80.
Just keep up the good work.
